One of the greatest assets of a motorcycle is its manoeuvrability compared to most other vehicles on the road. It allows you to make progress even when the traffic is heavy.

It is also one of its down sides, we do not have a great big metal box around us.

Your Mentor will help to build your skill set for overtaking and filtering.

Both are areas that bring motorcyclists into the greatest risk of interaction with other road users if not done safely and considerately, but they are after all one of the joys of motorcycling, the ability to overtake slow moving vehicles and make progress when others cannot.

They will help you to utilise better positioning to allow you to see what the situation is ahead in the traffic flow you are looking to pass so as to arm you with the best information to make the decision to pass or not.

A skilfully crafted overtake is one of the greatest thrills that a motorcyclist can have. Your Mentor will help you to perfect this skill whilst still maintaining the greatest level of safety.
