Let’s get you geared up and on the road!

Your bike needs to be able to hit the National Speed Limit and be road legal—taxed, MOT’d, and insured.

Safety first! We’ll need you in armoured motorcycle trousers and jacket, boots, gloves, and a helmet. Gear up for maximum protection on the road.

If the conditions aren’t safe to ride, the decision to continue or reschedule is entirely up to the Mentor. We reserve the right to postpone your session due to unsafe weather or if a suitable rider isn’t available.

Rest assured, all your personal information will be handled in accordance with DWDAM’s Data Protection Policy and will be securely destroyed after use.

Our volunteers are here because they’re passionate about helping you improve your riding. Treating them with respect and courtesy is a must. To ensure everyone stays safe and respected, we have a Zero Tolerance policy. This means aggressive or violent behaviour toward our volunteers will never be tolerated. We’re sure you agree—positive and respectful behaviour is key to making the experience work for everyone, and we won’t accept anything less. Let’s keep things respectful and ride on!

What is Biker 10 training based on?

Biker 10 skills are the same skills taught to police pursuit motorcyclists and are also used by the Institute of Advanced Motorcyclists (IAM) as the basis for their advanced rider training course.
